Sample costs are charged upfront and are fully refundable once your bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. The standard sample lead time is 5–7 working days, depending on the design and customization requirements.

Mass production typically takes 18–25 working days after the pre-production (PP) sample is approved and the deposit is confirmed. Priority production may be arranged for urgent orders, subject to production capacity and mutual agreement.

We usually quote on an EXW basis. Buyers can arrange transportation through their own logistics providers or discuss shipping options with us. The final quotation will specify the applicable trade term.

For embroidery, we prefer vector artwork in AI or PDF format. Low-resolution JPG or PNG files may result in unclear details or reduced embroidery quality. If you only have a raster image, please send it to us first so we can check whether it is suitable for production.

Buyers must own the copyright or hold valid authorization to use all submitted logos and artwork. We do not accept orders involving copyrighted logos without appropriate authorization. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted designs and materials comply with applicable intellectual property laws.

For bulk orders, sea freight is commonly used. Samples can be shipped by international express services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Sample shipping costs are normally collected from the receiver. The final shipping method and cost depend on the destination, shipment size, and delivery requirements.
